    application as it should be – unique.  We would not install or recommend

    an Enterprise IP based package for small dentist office.  Likewise we

    would not spec out multiple DVRs for a campus environment.  We know

    what we are doing – we deployed over 30 different distributed IP based

    solutions alone in 2008 as well as over 40 individual DVR based installations.

    We are also certified and licensed with multiple vendors for both analog

    and IP platforms.  We deploy systems from Milestone, ONSSI, Exacq,

    Pelco, American Dynamics, Panasonic, IBM and many more.  We install

    cameras from IQ Eye, Arecont, Sony, Axis, Panasonic, Toshiba, Digi and

    many more.

 

    We can deploy environmentally friendly, energy efficient solutions that
    are also highly scalable and easy to manage.

    For large scale or LEED certified applications we can deploy energy

    (and management) efficient blade servers based on IBM S series or

    Dell blade servers.  We also allocate and manager servers (hardware

    & software) through virtualization software – VMWare, Xen, etc.

    We can incorporate distributed storage and computing solutions as

    well (NAS, SAN, Processing Farms, etc).

                leading service & support for all of our customers ensuring we are always 
                available when you need us.

                We offer a 15% discount to all educational facilities and a bare minimum

                complete 12 month warranty on all school surveillance systems.  We also

                offer a minimum 2^nd business day ONSITE DigiHelp plan for the entire

    duration of your equipment warranty.  If ever a piece of equipment fails

                we’ll be there within a maximum of 2 business days to fix it.  If the failure

                is under warranty terms then you will not have any charge at all.  Nothing

                for labor or equipment – it’s free.  You also have the option to extend our

                standard 2^nd business day ONSITE service past the 12 month warranty and

                you can even get next day or same day ONSITE service as well.  You also get

                extended phone support and direct access to the owner of the company,

    your sales rep or any of our other technicians.  You are welcome to give us a

                a call any time.

 

               

                We stock everything we install ensuring we have the equipment you need right
                when you need it.

    We stock ALL equipment we install.  That means that if you ever lose a camera,

                encoder, power supply or other piece of equipment we install that we will have

                the part when we arrive within our agreed service schedule (standard 2^nd day

                ONSITE with the ability to upgrade to next day or same day ONSITE).   You will

                not have to wait for us to order parts (which can take days or weeks)… we’ll fix

                it while we are there.  We know exactly what parts are on each job so our technicians

    are dispatched with the appropriate cameras or other parts to get the job

    done the first time (as long as it is equipment that Digi has installed).
